Engaging entrepreneurs and showcasing sustainability with UBS

The Challenge

UBS is the world’s largest wealth manager, providing a range of financial and wealth management services. As headline sponsors of Fast Growth 50, a regional event series celebrating fast-growth firms, UBS Wealth Management UK had an opportunity to use this platform to amplify their leading sustainability expertise and commitment with their target audience.

With ambitions to increase lead generation of entrepreneurs, UBS needed compelling content to showcase their value proposition at the event. We were approached by UBS to create a video that outlined their ESG products and solutions tailored to fast-growing businesses, and highlighted UBS as the go-to bank for entrepreneurs, in a compelling and meaningful way.

The Solution

After conducting a competitor analysis and a strategic review of UBS’s entrepreneur value proposition, we created a script and storyboard that brought together the objectives of the video in a single narrative. We also developed an interview framework with questions that encouraged open, authentic answers, while establishing common themes that would allow us to weave each perspective together in the final edit.

We organised and delivered two on-location shoots and managed the post-production of video content, producing a hero video and additional shorter video cuts that pulled together employee and client interviews, b-roll and stock footage.

The Result

We created a powerful piece of hero content that clearly articulates UBS’s commitment to sustainability and entrepreneurs, particularly those invested in the future of our planet. The b-roll captured at the UBS London office, especially footage of the beehives that live on the rooftop in Broadgate, brings these commitments to life. We also produced three shorter videos of UBS employees talking about what sustainability and supporting entrepreneurs means to them. Finally, we repurposed footage for the hero video to create a compelling client testimonial piece for the UBS client advisor to use for lead generation.
