A public sector brand with a Net Zero mission

Net Zero Festival highlight reel
The challenge

Funded by UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), Innovate UK is supporting the UK to be the fastest transitioning economy to Net Zero.

To do this, they need to reach SMEs, innovators and entrepreneurs looking for funding and innovation support, demonstrate the value of their investment to government stakeholders and showcase the impact of innovation to the public.

Net Zero Review
The solution

To generate awareness of IUK and its functions, highlight their Net Zero objectives and showcase the companies they support, we created a suite of content to build a compelling narrative.

Conducting and analysing interviews with directors of different focus areas, we wrote and designed the public-facing Net Zero Review to reflect progress made by Innovate UK’s investment towards a Net Zero future.

Hosted by Business Green, Innovate UK attended the Net Zero Festival along with exhibitors whose projects have been funded by IUK.

As sponsors, they wanted to leverage this opportunity and build brand awareness, maximising the ROI of their sponsorship and exhibition space by publishing engaging content during and after the event. In addition to designing the brand graphics for their exhibition booth, we researched and prepared tailored questions for exhibitors to film on-site interviews with key IUK stakeholders, producing a same-day highlight reel.

At a separate closed-door pitch event, inviting innovators to present to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) like Jaguar and Nissan, we used this opportunity to capture video content and showcase Innovate UK’s new partnership with Made UK.

Leading on videography and video production, we created  a suite of video interviews to promote the partnership via social media.
